Hop On Help

Remote support for practices, offices and the IT people behind them

Fix any computer in your business from your desk. And know exactly who touched it.

Send a setup link once. From then on you're one click from every computer you look after, with a plain-English record of every session and your data kept in Australia.

Nothing charged for 14 days. Cancel in two clicks.

Sound familiar?

“Can you read me the nine-digit code? …No, the other one.”

Five minutes on the phone before you've even started fixing anything.

The renewal email.

A per-technician licence priced for a company with five thousand laptops, billed to an office with twelve.

“Who logged into the reception PC last Thursday?”

Your privacy obligations say you should be able to answer that. Most remote tools can't.

Your staff have been told never to install remote-access software.

Rightly. Scammers use the same free tools to get into people's computers and bank accounts.

It's not you. The big remote-support tools were built for IT departments with procurement teams. You have a front desk, a handful of computers and no time to babysit them. Hop On Help is built for that.

Set up once. Help in one click, forever.

  1. 1

Create a setup link and send it by email or text.

  2. 2

They open it on the computer and click Install. That's the only thing they ever do.

  3. 3

The computer appears in your list. Next time something breaks, click Connect.

What you get

Connect in one click

See which computers are online and jump straight on. No codes or passwords read out over the phone.

A record your auditor will like

Who connected, to which computer, when, for how long, and which files moved, written in plain English.

Only your link gets in

A computer can only join your account through your private setup link. Each one gets its own random password, and every session is encrypted end to end.

Your data stays in Australia

Your account, device list and activity history are hosted in Australia.

Your team, your rules

Technicians connect, managers manage, and everyone else can only look. Add or remove people in seconds.

Speaks your staff's language

Setup pages and the portal work in dozens of languages, with a built-in help assistant.

“Why would I trust the new kid?”

Fair question. Here's the honest answer.

The engine isn't new

The screen sharing runs on a proven open-source remote desktop engine whose code anyone can inspect. What we built is the part the big tools get wrong: who can connect, how computers are added, and a clear record of what happened.

Built because we needed it

Hop On Help started inside a working Australian practice that was tired of reading out access codes and couldn't say who had logged in where. It runs there every day.

You talk to the people who build it

No call centre and no ticket queue. When you ask for something, the people who wrote the software read it.

The risk is ours, not yours

Try it free for 14 days on your own computers. If it isn't better than what you have, cancel in two clicks and pay nothing.

Simple pricing. Everything included.

No per-technician licences and no features held back for the expensive plan. You only choose how many computers and technicians you need.

Questions people ask before they sign up

Can scammers use this to get into my computers?

No. A computer only appears in your account if someone opens your private setup link on it, and only the people you invite can connect. Nobody can type in an ID and get in.

Can you see our screens or files?

No. Sessions are encrypted end to end between the two computers. We see that a session happened, for your activity record, not what was on the screen.

What happens if I cancel?

Your access stops at the end of the period you paid for. Uninstall the app from each computer like any other program. No contract, no exit fee.

Why is it cheaper than the big names?

We don't charge per technician, we don't run a sales team, and we don't hold features back for the top plan.

Next time a computer plays up, be on it in ten seconds.

Set it up on your own computer first. It takes a few minutes, and you'll see the difference the first time someone calls for help.

P.S. Every day you don't set this up is another day of reading codes down the phone, driving over to click one button, and not knowing who logged in where. The trial costs nothing for 14 days.
